Front Desk Volunteers

The holiday season is our busiest time of the year. We are seeking 30 individuals to staff the front desk at With Love
from Jesus from November 18th – December 23rd. If you have a love for helping people, administrative skills, and
can direct/manage callers and visitors, we would love to have you work with us!
Volunteer Hours
We are hoping to staff the following shifts on a 2 week rotation. This means you will volunteer every other week.
Please let us know when you are available and we will put you in an available slot as quickly as possible.

Desk Volunteer Responsibilities
• Answer the phone and document callers.
• Manage incoming callers and respond to their need.
• Answer questions posed by visitors, clients, and volunteers.
• Retrieve messages and return calls as necessary.
• Make appointments.
• Interact with Clients to complete intake forms.
• Assist with appointments if needed.
• Accept donations.
• Give donation receipts.
• Ensure volunteers sign the Volunteer Log.
